I am wondering at how many people would be interested in a Joxerotica Story Challenge.

Here are the basics:

1) The Author would have to pick one Ted character to be their main character.

2) The Author must choose 1 plot challenge for their Story.

3) The Author will have until August 1st, 2008

4) The Story must be a least - Group 1: 12,500 Words - Group 2: 25,000 Words - Group 3: 50,000 Words - Group 4: 100,000 Words.

5) There will be a judge’s panel to score the story on a points scale (points awarded for spelling, grammar, use of Plot Challenge, ect...)

6) Both members of the Website and the Group List would be able to vote for their favorite story. 1 Vote per person. and each vote is worth 1 point.

7) Prizes will be awarded again 2 prizes per group - Group 1: 1st prize $15, 2nd Prize: 7.50 - Group 2: 1st prize $20, 2nd Prize: $10 - Group 3: 1st Prize $30, 2nd prize $15 - Group 4: 1st Prize $50, 2nd Prize $25 - Default Prize: $10 (Group 4 will default to $20) - Default Prize is awarded when only one Author Qualifies for a Group. In Groups with only 2 Authors entered only 1st Prize will be issued.

8) After the initial Voting is done the top winner in each group will go up against each other for the Grand Prize. The intention behind the grand prize is to put up a donation button on the site so that the site members can donate the prize money. The Grand prize will be $20 + Donated amount. A running amount will appear on the website so authors and readers can keep an eye on the prize money. A list of those donating will also be displayed showing on those who wish it and the name they choose.

9) This challenge will be posted on the site availed to all site members even if they don’t belong to the mailing list.
